Adolescence and young adulthood (ages 13-26) are crucial periods in a young person’s life, filled with rapid brain development, individuation and learning to make life-impacting decisions. I enjoy the opportunity to support young people in this process. During therapy, teens and young adults learn about emotional awareness and coping skills. Additionally, each young person's individuality and resiliency is explored.
